1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website monderavion.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), you expressly and unconditionally accept the present Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Site. Monderavion Consultoría Financiera S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, effective upon their publication on this page.
2. Description of Service
Monderavion offers consultancy and advisory services in financial matters, including but not limited to: financial education, guidance on government support programs, personal and business financial planning. The content published on the Site is informational and educational in nature, and does not constitute a binding offer of regulated financial services or specific tax or legal advice.
3. Use of the Website
The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the present Terms and Conditions. The following is prohibited: (a) using the Site for unlawful purposes or contrary to what is established in these Terms; (b) reproducing, copying, distributing, or modifying the content of the Site without prior written authorization; (c) providing false or inaccurate information in the Site's forms; (d) attempting to access restricted areas of the server or Monderavion's computer systems.

The information and consultancy services provided by Monderavion are advisory in nature. Monderavion does not guarantee specific results derived from its recommendations. The user is solely responsible for the financial decisions made based on the information received. Monderavion shall not be liable for: (a) financial losses resulting from decisions made by the user; (b) interruptions in the operation of the Site; (c) inaccuracies in the information provided by the user.
6. Protection of Personal Data
The processing of personal data provided through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site, the user acknowledges having read and accepted said policy.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or compliance of these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of present or future domicile.
